Up to 8 ports can belong to the same trunk group.
Configure all ports in a trunk group with the same properties (speed, duplex, flow control, STG,
VLAN, and so on).
Trunking from non-BLADE devices must comply with Cisco
®
EtherChannel
®
technology.
By default, each trunk group is empty and disabled.

Command Syntax and Usage
portchannel <1-18> member <port alias or number>
Adds a physical port to the current trunk group. You can add several ports, with each port
separated by a comma ( , ).
Command mode: Global configuration
no portchannel <1-18> member <port alias or number>
Removes a physical port from the current trunk group.
Command mode: Global configuration
[no] portchannel <1-18> enable
Enables or Disables the current trunk group.
Command mode: Global configuration
no portchannel <1-18>
Removes the current trunk group configuration.
Command mode: Global configuration
show portchannel <1-18>
Displays current trunk group parameters.
Command mode: All
