Running the Synchronization Process at Scheduled Times

1AftercreatingtheExternalReportsSchemeConfigurationpolicy,selecttheEnableAutomatic

Schedulingoptionatthebottomofthepageasshownbelow.

2IntheSchedulingtab,selectoneormoredaysoftheweektoschedulethestartofthesynchronization.

OTEEnsurethattheusernameandpasswordarethesame,asusedtoconfigurethe

synchronizationontheexternaldatabasesystemasdescribedin“InstallingandConfiguringthe

ExternalDatabaseforOracle”onpage 16forOracledatabasesuserand“InstallingandConfiguring

theExternalDatabaseforMSSQL”onpage 20

forMSSQLServerusers.
